| 2003 |
Customer Service Manager, Kall Kwik Printing, Glasgow South My duties here involved dealing with customers on an interpersonal level, taking work orders from initial concept through to final product - 'making it happen'; the work ranged from copying and binding through to taking orders on the phone and quoting and estimating print jobs, liaising with artwork and print departments to ensure a free flow of works from start to finish. Although this job was intendent to be permanent a sudden severe downturn in the print market meant that I fell victim to the 'LIFO' rule (i.e. Last In First Out) |
